Custom Homes. Exceptional Finishes.
Jesse Cardoza's roots in construction go back to his teenage years, when he began working alongside his father and learning the trades firsthand. Over the years, his experience has spanned drywall, steel stud framing for commercial construction, commercial refrigeration, plumbing, electrical work, finish carpentry, millwork, and high-end residential finishes.
For the better part of the last decade, Jesse has focused extensively on large-scale, high-end residential project management, overseeing complex projects and coordinating the many trades, details, and decisions required to bring a home from construction through completion.
Jesse's expertise lies in the execution of custom layouts and intricate details, with a particular eye for symmetry, proportion, and precision. His hands-on understanding of the trades allows him to anticipate how individual elements will come together, ensuring the finished work is not only well built, but thoughtfully executed.
Born and raised in Dana Point, Jesse has deep roots in South Orange County. Today, he lives in San Juan Capistrano with his wife and three children. After years in the construction industry, he established Cardoza & Son Construction Inc. to bring his experience, attention to detail, and commitment to quality craftsmanship directly to his clients and the communities he knows best.
